Ingredientes

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 c. dark brown sugar - (packed)
  • 1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 c. butter softened
  • 3 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix dry ingredients and set aside.
  2. On medium speed, in large bowl, blend sugars; add in butter, mix till grainy consistency. Add in Large eggs, peanut butter and vanilla; beat till fluffy. On low speed, add in flour mix till barely mixed into butter mix.
  3. Drop by rounded tablespoonsful, 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Use a wet or possibly flour coated fork to gently press a crisscross pattern on top of each cookie.
  4. Bake till the edges of the cookies are lightly browned, approximately 18 to 20 min. Remove to cold on a flat surface.
  5. This recipe yields about 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
  6. Comments: Two c. of semi-sweet chocolate chips may be added the same time as the flour if you like. Bake as usual.
  7. Yield: 3 1/2 dozen
