Ingredientes

  • 2 stk butter
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 5 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter and sugar; add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each egg. Add in flour, a little at a time. Stir in vanilla and lemon juice.
  2. Grease stem or possibly bundt pan well and dust with flour. Cover top of cake with foil (tightly) and bake at 350 for 30 min. Remove foil and bake 30 min longer. Let cold 10 min before removing from pan. Cake should fall free when inverted.
