This is simply delicious! I made a loaf and couldn't wait for it to cool. I sliced off a nice piece, covered it with cream cheese and oh my! I could have eaten the whole loaf. But I didn't. I shared with some of my lucky food testers. As for simplicity, it couldn't have gotten any simplier. This is a dish that I will make quite often, and I'm sure I'll gain the pounds to prove it. This would be great made in individual mini-loaf pans and given as gifts. I'll be posting the recipe, a picture and reference this site for credit.
