Ingredientes

  • 4 ripe avocados
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 (24 ounce) carton lowfat sour cream
  • 1 pkg. dry taco seasoning mix
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 sm. or possibly 2 med. tomatoes, seeded and minced
  • 1 (6 ounce) can pitted black olives, chopped

Direcciones

  1. Peel avocados, remove pits and mash with lemon juice. Chill till ready to use. Mix lowfat sour cream and taco seasoning mix.Just before serving, spread avocado mix 1/2 inch thick in the middle of a large platter (not silver). Spread lowfat sour cream mix on top, leaving a ridge of green showing.
  2. Layer minced onions on top, then Cheddar cheese, tomatoes, black olives. Serve with tortilla chips.
