Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lb Sea scallops
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced shallots
  • 1/2 x Green bell pepper, julienned
  • 1/2 x Red bell pepper, julienned
  • 1/4 c. Peeled tomatoes, seeded and diced or possibly canned recipe ready tomatoes
  • 1/4 c. Dry white wine
  •     Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced basil
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced parsley

Direcciones

  1. In a skillet, heat oil on high. Add in the large, deep sea scallops and sear on both sides, 1 to 2 min. Add in garlic, shallots, bell peppers, and tomatoes and saute/fry for 30 seconds. Add in wine, cook 1 to 2 min on medium-high; add in seasonings. Serve
