Muffins (low in sugar)

This was more enjoyed by me,the littles sensed that the sugar was missing. Very similar to my basic muffin recipe and it can be used for savory ones as well.

Ingredientes

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 Tablespoon sugar
  • 4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg,slightly beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • fruits (optional)

Direcciones

  1. With muffins we have to keep the rule of mixing dry ingredients with the wet ones,being careful not to overmix or we're getting tough in texture. Lumps are ok.
  2. At this stage ,you can add fruits if using any.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
