- Preparation of muffins:
- We mix the almond flour with poppy seeds. Slam the egg yolks with the sugar in a pan for 10 minutes, then add the whites of egg and slam again for 5 minutes. Add a tablespoon of cognac, almonds with poppy seeds and mix well.
- Add a teaspoon of the mixture into the muffin cookie cutter. We repeat this process with each muffin. Bake for 40 minutes.
- Prepare the syrup:
- Pour the water and honey in a pan. As soon as it begins to boil add 2 tablespoons of cognac and then Switch off the flame. The syrup is then ready.
- After 40 minutes we take our muffins from the oven and smear them with the syrup, then bake them again for 15 minutes.
- At this point, the muffins are ready.
- decoration:
- Mix well whipped cream with the almond flour (the chopped almonds).
- We decorate as you wish our muffins and add above poppy seeds.
- Serve combined with berries.
