Ingredientes

  • 2 x bananas peeled and sliced
  • 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 8 ounce lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 c. Mulberries fresh or possibly frzn

Direcciones

  1. Place the bananas in a single layer on a baking sheet; freeze till hard.
  2. Combine the bananas, pineapple juice, yogurt and Mulberries in the container of an electric blender; process till smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
