Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Fresh Or possibly Frzn Unsweet Mulberrys
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar Replacement
  • 3/4 c. Evaporated Skim Lowfat milk
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice

Direcciones

  1. Process 1/2 c. of the Mulberries in a food processer or possibly blender till pureed. Combine the cornstarch and sugar replacement in a heavy or possibly nonstick saucepan; then gradually add in the lowfat milk, pureed Mulberries, and lemon juice.
  2. Cook and stir over medium heat till clear and thickened. Remove from heat and stir in remaining Mulberries. Cover and cold to room temperature before using.
