Receta Mullangi (Radish) Poriyal
Ingredients:
- Mullangi (White Radish) – 2, peeled, sliced or chopped
- Onion – 1, sliced
- Green Chillies – 2, sliced
- Moong Dal – 2 tsp
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Saunf – 1 tsp
- Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Soak the dal for 15 minutes and drain well.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Fry the saunf for 30 seconds.
4. Add the green chillies, onions, mullangi and salt.
5. Stir well and cover the pan with a lid.
6. Cook for 5 minutes.
7. Add the dal and stir again.
8. After a minute, switch off the flame and remove.
