Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Bread flour
  • 1 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c. Soybean flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Nonfat powdered lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cornmeal
  • 1/3 c. Bran flakes
  • 1 tsp Flax seeds
  • 1 tsp Whole millet
  • 1/2 c. Soybeans, soaked overnight and liquid removed
  • 1 1/2 tsp Soy oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Honey
  • 1 1/2 c. Hot water
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dry yeast
