Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Brown rice, long-grain
  • 2 Tbsp. Barley
  • 2 Tbsp. Millet, cooked
  • 2 Tbsp. Rye
  • 2 Tbsp. Wheat nuts, (wheat berries)
  • 6 x Dry apricot halves, choppe
  • 2 c. Water

Direcciones

  1. 30 Min. Drain. Place the soaked grains in a rice cooker or possibly a saucepan along with the apricots and 2 c. of water. Cook over low heat till the water is absorbed, about 17 min in a saucepan; a rice cooker will shut off automatically. Let rest for 15 min before serving.
