Ingredientes

  • 3 c. unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 2 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 c. whole-wheat flour
  • 1/2 c. buckwheat flour
  • 1/4 c. stone-grnd yellow cornmeal
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp salt

Direcciones

  1. Place ingredients in a large self-sealing plastic bag. Seal and mix by turning bag back and forth. Keep refrigerated to preserve the freshness of the grnd whole-grain flours.
