  • Bajra (pearl millet) flour – 1/4 cup
  • Jowar (sorghum) flour – 1/4 cup
  • Bengal gram flour (besan) – 1/4 cup
  • Red chilli powder – 3/4 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds (til) – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Dry kasoori methi leaves – 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking oil for shallow frying
  • You can substitute methi leaves with grated cabbage or carrot or chopped spinach to make it more nutritious
