Ingredientes

  • Sliced White Mushroom 2kg
  • Sliced Red Onion 500gr
  • Balsamic vinegar 1ltr
  • Olive Oil 200ml
  • Chopped Parsley 150gr
  • Salt and Pepper To taste

Direcciones

  1. Heat a sauce pan.
  2. Add sliced onion cook until soft and than add mushroom season with salt & pepper.
  3. Simmer add balsamic vinegar Reduce for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Remove to blender and blended .
  5. Adjust the seasonal & Pour Parsley.
  6. Cool it drown.
