Mushroom and Balsamic Reduction

Ingredientes

Sliced White Mushroom 2kg

Sliced Red Onion 500gr

Balsamic vinegar 1ltr

Olive Oil 200ml

Chopped Parsley 150gr

Salt and Pepper To taste

Direcciones
- Heat a sauce pan.
- Add sliced onion cook until soft and than add mushroom season with salt & pepper.
- Simmer add balsamic vinegar Reduce for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove to blender and blended .
- Adjust the seasonal & Pour Parsley.
- Cool it drown.
