Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Hoisin sauce (mine had no Added oil or possibly fat)
  • 1 Tbsp. Chili sauce (again, mine had No added oil or possibly fat)
  • 1 Tbsp. Rice wine or possibly dry sherry (I
  •     Omitted this with no Problem)
  • 1 Tbsp. Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped scallion (white part Only)
  • 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 1/2 x " piece pared fresh ginger
  •     Root, chopped
  • 6 ounce Portabella mushroom caps

Direcciones

  1. To prepare marinade, combine hoisin and chili sauces, wine, soy sauce, scallion, garlic, and ginger in bowl. Clean mushroom caps, and place top down on shallow dish. Spoon mix into top, and allow to marinate for a few hrs. (I just let mine sit while my dough was rising.)
