Mushroom Sauce (To Have On Bangers And Mash)

Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x clove crushed garlic
  • 250 gm mushrooms
  • 1 c. chicken stock
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp cornflour

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil, fry garlic and mushrooms till they start to brown - about 5 mins.
  2. Add in chicken stock. Simmer for 5 mins.
  3. Mix lemon juice and cornflour together and stir into sauce till it slightly thickens.
  4. Cook potato, and sausages.
  5. Pour sauce over.
