Mushroom, Spinach, Onion Puff Pastry

Ingredientes

  • 1 sht Puff Pastry
  • 1 c. Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 c. Onion, minced
  • 1 c. Fresh spinach, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil, margarine, butter (I use extra virgin olive oil)
  • 4 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400. thaw puff pastry. heat oil in saucepan. Add in garlic, onions and mushrooms. saute/fry. Add in spinach and cook till spinach wilts. Add in cream cheese and stir till cream cheese melts and mix is creamy. On a lightly floured surface, roll out puff pastry to 12 inches square. Cut pastry into 4 squares. Heap 1/3 c. mushroom mix onto pastry. fold pastry to create a triangle. Seal with a fork. Place on cookie sheet and bake in oven 25 min...depending on your oven...till the pastry is golden!
