Mushroom Stuffed Fish Rolls

Ingredientes

  • 1 pound skinless fish fillets
  • 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 4 ounce sliced mushrooms, cooked
  • 1/4 c. plain yogurt
  • 1 T snipped chives
  • 1 T minced pimento
  • 2 T fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 T plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Put together cheese, mushrooms, 1/4 cup yogurt, chives, pimento, salt and pepper. Spread mix on fish. Roll up fillets jelly roll style and place seam side down in a greased 10 x 6 x 3 baking dish. Put together bread crumbs, paprika. Brush fish with the yogurt and sprinkle with bread crumb mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 min. Fish fillets suggestions: flouder, pike, sole.
