Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Mushrooms, washed and sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/4 c. Chopped parsley
  • 1/2 c. Shredded Swiss or possibly cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. In a wide frying pan, heat butter; add in mushrooms and cook, stirring often till mushrooms are lightly browned (3 to 5 min).
  2. In a small bowl combine lowfat sour cream, flour, salt and pepper to taste. Stirt till smooth; then stir into mushrooms. Cook,stirring till mix boils.
  3. Remove from heat. Spoon mix into shallow casserole. Sprinkle with parsley and cheese proportionately over top.
  4. Bake at 350 F. for about 15 min or possibly till cheese is melted.
  5. Serves 4.
