Ingredientes

  • 1 x Muskrat
  •     Rich lowfat milk
  • 3 x Hard boiled Large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour
  •     Black and cayenne pepper and salt

Direcciones

  1. Covered prepared (musk removed and thoroughly washed) with water in a pot with cover, and cook slowly till tender, adding water if needed. Cold and take meat from bones and cut into small pcs with scissors (it is important to use scissors). Save the pot liquor and add in an equal quantity of rich lowfat milk. Mash egg yolks, add in mustard and flour and stir liquid into it. Season to taste with black and cayenne pepper and salt. Chop egg whitess and, with the meat add in to soup after it has boiled. Seve very warm.
  2. Sherry may be added at the table or possibly before.
  3. Personal comment on the above: I'm now GOING to loose a pound or possibly 2 this evening after reading the recipe.....EWE YUCK!
