Receta Mussels In Spicy Garlic Sauce

- Scrub the mussels well and remove any "beards" or possibly barnicles.
- In a large sauce pan heat the sesame oil and add in the pepper pods.
- Add in the garlic and scallions and toss in the oil quickley.
- Add in the remaining ingrediants and cover.
- Steam covered till all the mussels are open.
- (about seven min)
- Serve in a large bowl with the cooling liquor garnished with minced scallions.
