Ingredientes

  • 1 sm red onion julienned
  • 1 lrg round tomato peeled, seeded,
  •     and julienned
  • 2 x garlic cloves thinly sliced
  •     Extra virgin olive oil for sauteing
  • 1 x guajillo chile thinly sliced
  • 1 lb mussels debearded, cleaned
  • 2 c. beer

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry red onion, tomato, and garlic in extra virgin olive oil till soft and translucent/soft. Add in guajillo chile, mussels, and beer. Steam for 10 min. Throw away any unopened mussels. Serve in a shallow bowl.
  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.
