Ingredientes

  • 1 kg fresh mussels (in shells)
  • 200g tomato sauce
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • chilli
  • fresh parsley
  • 150 shredded parmesan
  • salt
  • pepper

Direcciones

  1. 1.Stew the onion and garlic minced in olive oil,add chilli,tomato sauce,lemon rind.Mix good and boil the sauce 8-10 minutes,till is thick.Put some salt and pepper.
  2. 2.Put the mussels in a big pot with boiling water and boil the some minutes.
  3. 3.In a tray,put the mussels who opened,pour over them the sauce,shredded parmesan and minced fresh parsley,then, put them in the oven,at a medium fire,till the parmesan is melted.
