Mustard Glazed Ham Steaks

Ingredientes

  • 4 x Boneless ham steaks
  • 5 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry mustard
  • 1 tsp Onion salt
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 c. Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
  • 1 can (8 ounce) Pineapple slices

Direcciones

  1. Combine brown sugar, dry mustard, onion salt, soy sauce and lemon juice, mixing well. Simmer sauce five min, stirring occasionally.
  2. Place ham steaks on grill three to four inches above medium coals. Cook 30 min, turning steaks every five min and brushing with sauce. Serve steaks with a sauce. Garnish with heated pineapple slices, if you like.
