Ingredientes

  • 2large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tbls granulated sugar1 tsp each vanilla extract,finely chopped lemon zest,finely chopped orange zest
  • 2 tbls each unsalted butter and 2 tbls soft mascarpone
  • 2tbls confectioners sugar
  • 2 cups fresh mixed berries

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees ,combine eggs,milk,flour ,sugar ,vanilla and citrus zests in a food processor or blender;process till smooth,Place the butter in a 10 inch pie plate or oven proof skillet;place in oven to melt.swirl the butter around to coat it evenly,pour batter into the pan bake 15 minutes.reduce the heat to 350degrees bake until browned and puffed about 10 to 15 minutes .remove from the oven and slide onto a platter use a spatula.spread with mascarpone .sprinkle with sugar. serve with berries on top and sausage or bacon ...A MIMOSA WOULD GO WELL WITH THIS ...YUMMY .ENJOY
