%20mistake%20that%20is%20going%20to%20cost%20me%20a%20lot%20of%20points.%20%20I%20was%20thinking%20adult%20DRIs%20for%20CHO%20but%20fixating%20on%20percentages%20for%20CHO%20in%20the%20DASH%20diet%20and%20ended%20up%20saying%20that%20older%20adults%20require%20only%2055-65%20grams%20of%20carbohydrates%20each%20day!%20%20%3C%E2%80%93%20Carbs%20are%20the%20primary%20energy%20source%20for%20brain%20function%20and%20the%20RDA%20is%20130%20grams/day!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20think%20I%20needed%20more%20coffee.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThat%E2%80%99s%20ice,%20Godiva%20Pumpkin%20Spice%20Coffee,%20Plain%20Silk%20Almond%20Milk,%20and%20a%20big%20splash%20of%20English%20Toffee%20Syrup.%20%20I%20tasted%20before%20sweetening%20and%20sadly%20I%20don%E2%80%99t%20think%20I%20like%20the%20Godiva%20Pumpkin%20Spice%20Coffee%20outside%20of%20pumpkin%20latte%20oatmeal.%20%20Too%20much%20spice%20for%20me.%20%20I%20brought%20the%20rest%20of%20the%20bag%20in%20to%20my%20friend%20Kim%20and%20she%E2%80%99s%20going%20to%20report%20back.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHere%20was%20the%20rest%20of%20breakfast.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EA%202%25%20Fage%20with%20Strawberry.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20a%20Berries%20GoMega%20Superfood%20Bar%20that%20Odwalla%20sent%20me%20to%20try.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20didn%E2%80%99t%20care%20for%20the%20bar%20and%20only%20ended%20up%20eating%20two%20small%20bites.%20%20My%20negative%20review%20is%20for%20a%20positive%20reason%20though%20%E2%80%93%20this%20tasted%20like%20a%20berry%20muffin!%20%20It%E2%80%99s%20just%20that%20I%20don%E2%80%99t%20like%20muffins%20all%20that%20much.%20%20I%20shared%20with%20a%20friend%20who%20confirmed%20my%20muffin%20assessment.%20%20We%20did%20admire%20that%20it%20provided%2025%25%20percent%20daily%20value%20of%20your%20Folate%20and%20Calcium%20and%2050%25%20daily%20value%20for%20Vitamin%20E%20for%20only%20210%20calories.%20%20If%20you%20are%20a%20muffin%20person%20I%20recommend%20it.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELunch%20was%20a%20bagel%20sandwich%20that%20I%20recommend%20to%20everyone.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECinnamon%20Raisin%20Bagel%20Thin%20+%20Applegate%20Farms%20Honey%20Maple%20Turkey%20+%20reduced%20fat%20pumpkin%20cream%20cheese%20(mine%20is%20from%20Einstein%E2%80%99s%20Bagel%20Bros)%20=%20Yum!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%E2%80%99ll%20be%20honest%20and%20admit%20that%20this%20could%20have%20used%20a%20slice%20of%20cheese,%20but%20other%20than%20that%20it%20was%20pure%20perfection.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20brought%20in%20the%20rest%20of%20the%20Ghirardelli%20dark%20chocolate%20(a%20Foodbuzz%20sample)%20to%20share%20with%20the%20girls%20as%20study%20fuel.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOne%20piece%20was%20enough%20for%20me.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20before%20I%20knew%20it%20%E2%80%93%20mostly%20because%20I%20was%20thinking%20too%20hard%20to%20look%20at%20the%20clock%20%E2%80%93%20my%20exam%20was%20done%20and%20one%20final%20class%20stood%20between%20me%20and%20freedom!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20this%20case,%20freedom%20meant%20beer.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdam%20and%20I%20split%20this%20Blue%20Moon%20Harvest%20Pumpkin%20Ale%2040/60%20his%20favor.%20%20Tasting%20note%20%E2%80%93%20not%20bad,%20but%20not%20really%20pumpkin-y%20either.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20I%20drank%20this%20Dogfish%20Head%20Punkin%20Ale%20all%20by%20myself.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20really%20did%20taste%20pumpkin,%20brown%20sugar,%20allspice,%20cinnamon%20and%20nutmeg.%20%20And%20beer!%20%20This%20is%20my%20favorite%20pumpkin%20brew%20so%20far%20this%20season%20(2nd%20would%20be%20Shock%20Top%E2%80%99s%20pumpkin).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENotes%20%E2%80%93%20I%20hadn%E2%80%99t%20had%20much%20to%20eat,%20I%20was%20tired,%20I%E2%80%99m%20a%20lightweight.%20%20Those%20notes%20are%20important%20because%20what%20I%20did%20next%20was%20get%20drunk%20and%20go%20to%20bed%20at%208:30%20pm!%20%20Haha,%20I%E2%80%99m%20sure%20I%20needed%20the%20sleep.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%E2%80%99m%20feeling%20well-rested%20now,%20which%20is%20awesome%20because%20I%E2%80%99ve%20got%20to%20do%20some%20serious%20learning%20for%20tomorrow%E2%80%99s%20exam.%20%20Hope%20everyone%20is%20having%20a%20good%20week!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELike%20Loading...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERelated%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
