Receta My Mom's Chocolate Chip Cookies
These are the Chocolate Chip Cookies I grew up eating. I swear my mom used to make cookies once a week for us when we got home from school. She is such a good mom:)
- 1 cup shortening
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- chocolate chips
Cream the shortening, sugar and brown sugar. Then add the rest of ingredients and mix. Add chocolate ships at the end. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes, until lightly brown.
