Ingredientes

  •     Pot Roast
  • 1/2 c. Onion, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Tomato juice
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Celery
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Direcciones

  1. Brown meat in oil. Add in onion, tomato juice, salt, pepper and garlic pwdr. Stir and pressure cook for 15 min per lb.. Add in 1/2 tsp salt, worcestershire saue and water. Pressure cook 15 min. Thicken sauce and serve.
