%20below%20%E2%80%93%20and%20Super%20Seedz%20are%20allergen%20friendly%20%E2%80%93%20peanut-free,%20tree%20nut-free,%20egg-free,%20dairy-free,%20fish-free,%20shellfish-free,%20soy-free%20and%20made%20with%20gluten-free%20ingredients.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ebreakfast%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAfter%20we%20dropped%20my%20parents%20at%20the%20airport%20on%20Monday,%20Adam%20and%20I%20went%20on%20a%20doughnut(plant)%20and%20coffee%20date%20before%20work.%20%20Because%20apparently%20we%20hadn%E2%80%99t%20eaten%20enough%20crap%20over%20my%20birthday%20weekend.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMy%20strawberry-filled%20vanilla%20got%20two%20thumbs%20up.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAs%20did%20my%20maple%20latte%20from%20Gorilla.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECoco%20pumpkin%20seeds%20and%20cold-pressed%20watermelon%20juice.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETJ%E2%80%99s%20came%20through%20on%20this%20juice,%20it%20was%20wonderfully%20refreshing.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EChocolate-cherry%20smoothie.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EVanilla%20almond%20milk%20with%20coco%20powder,%20frozen%20cherries,%20and%20dates.%20%20I%20enjoyed%20this%20combo%20and%20want%20to%20make%20it%20again%20soon.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESnack%20plate.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EA%20cheese%20stick,%20cinnamon%20sugar%20pumpkin%20seeds,%20and%20a%20medley%20of%20grapes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Elunch%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EChocolate%20chip%20cookie%20oats.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWith%20an%20apple%20and%20coco%20pumpkin%20seeds.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESweet%20and%20spicy%20tuna%20salad.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWith%20grapes%20and%20cinnamon%20sugar%20pumpkin%20seeds.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20didn%E2%80%99t%20have%20to%20provide%20my%20own%20lunch%20the%20rest%20of%20the%20week!%20%20I%20attended%20a%20lunch-and-learn%20on%20malnutrition%20in%20surgical%20patients%20on%20Tuesday.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThey%20gave%20us%20education,%20salad,%20and%20yummy%20sandwiches%20with%20hummus%20and%20roasted%20eggplant.%20%20And%20I%20mainlined%20coffee%20(with%20tons%20of%20milk%20and%20cream)%20when%20I%20got%20back%20to%20my%20desk.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOn%20Thursday%20the%20hospital%20threw%20an%20employee%20appreciation%20bbq.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EVery%20sweet!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Edinner%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPizza,%20pizza.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20used%20TJ%E2%80%99s%20frozen%20crusts%20and%20were%20so%20impressed%20with%20how%20they%20turned%20out.%20%20Topped%20with%20marinara,%20mozzarella,%20and%20tons%20of%20garlic%20and%20onion%20saut%C3%A9ed%20mushrooms.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlus%20super%20simple%20salads%20on%20the%20side.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EJust%20arugula%20blend%20with%20ranch%20dressing.%20%20They%20were%20a%20bit%20depressing.%20%20But%20we%20also%20had%20beer.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20carried%20this%20Southern%20Tier%20Compass%20all%20the%20way%20back%20home%20from%20Buffalo%20but%20unfortunately%20it%20was%20a%20bit%20hoppy%20for%20our%20tastes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBurger%20night.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20made%20my%20Buffalo%20Blue%20Bean%20Burgers.%20%20They%20don%E2%80%99t%20look%20like%20much%20but%20this%20is%20one%20of%20my%20best%20recipes!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWith%20a%20trio%20of%20roasted%20veggies:%20Brussels%20sprouts,%20green%20beans,%20and%20broccoli.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EServed%20with%20maple%20bacon%20kettle%20chips,%20aka%20my%20favorite%20chips%20because%20they%20are%20the%20best%20chips%20of%20all%20time.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThey%20were%20doing%20a%20promotion%20and%20handing%20out%20mini%20bags%20at%20my%20railroad%20station%20and%20it%20was%20very%20exciting.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELast%20night%20I%20met%20up%20with%20a%20girlfriend%20for%20dinner%20in%20Brooklyn.%20%20We%20checked%20out%20Elbow%20Room,%20the%20mac%20and%20cheese%20window%20at%20Morgan%E2%80%99s%20BBQ.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMilk%20stout.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOld%20School%20Mac%20%E2%80%93%20NY%20state%20sharp%20cheddar,%20b%C3%A9chamel,%20and%20garlic%20breadcrumbs.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWith%20collard%20greens%20that%20were%20spicy%20and%20vegetarian.%20%20Dinner%20was%20good%20but%20dessert%20was%20better.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESalted%20crack%20caramel%20and%20honey%20peanut%20butter%20ice%20creams%20from%20Ample%20Hills.%20%20But%20they%20were%20supposed%20to%20have%20key%20lime%20pie%20ice%20cream%20available%20and%20they%20didn%E2%80%99t%20so%20now%20I%20need%20to%20go%20back%20immediately%20and%20it%E2%80%99s%20a%20problem.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELike%20Loading...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERelated%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
