A catering client named this slaw after me, which was a big hit with her niece.

Ingredientes

  • 1 package Dole's Coleslaw Mix
  • 1 package Dole's Asian Blend Chopped Salad Mix
  • 3-4 T toasted almonds
  • 2 T toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup canola or veggie oil
  • 6 T unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 4-6 T sugar
  • 3 T minced red onion, or 2 T chopped scallions
  • 1/4 tsp. season or regular salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger powder
  • 1/2 T chicken bullion, or 2 seasoning packets from Chicken ramen noodles packets
  • 2 T chopped cilantro

Direcciones

  1. Combine everything in a bowl and refrigerate it a day ahead of serving.
