Ingredientes

  • 4 c. Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Soda
  • 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil

Direcciones

  1. Combine flour, sugar, soda, baking pwdr and salt in deep bowl and mix well. Make well in center and add in Large eggs, lowfat milk, yogurt and oil. Mix till dough is somewhat sticky. Add in hot water sparingly, if necessary. Cover bowl with towel and let dough rise about 1 hour. Moisten hands with a little oil and divide dough into 8 portions. Flatten and form each portion into 3/4-inch-thick triangle. Arrange bread on ungreased baking sheets and bake at 450F about 10 min. Serve warm.
