Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. Knorr's vegetable soup mix
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 pkg. frzn minced spinach
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 round sour dough bread loaves

Direcciones

  1. Thaw spinach, squeeze out moisture. Add in soup mix and onion. Put together mayonnaise and lowfat sour cream; add in to spinach mix. Serve in hollowed out bread, saving pcs of center to scoop up dip. Use other loaf for dipping also.
