Nannari sarbath is a very popular summer drink, especially in the Southern part of Tamilnadu. It helps to cool your body during hot summer days. I prepared sarbath with store bought nannari syrup, but you will get nannari roots from shops in Tamilnadu, India and with that you can make your own syrup for your sarbath.

Ingredients:

Serves 2

Take a mixing bowl, add Nannari syrup, water, squeeze some lemon juice and required sugar, mix well.

If you think you may need more nannari syrup and lemon juice, add it to your taste. Finally, add ice cubes and serve cold. Notes:

I used store bought nannari syrup.

You may increase or decrease quantity of nannari syrup, lemon juice, sugar as per your taste.
