Ingredientes

  • 1 lrg Bowl boiled rice
  • 6 ounce Chicken
  • 2 stalk spring onion
  • 1 x Clove garlic, up to 2
  • 1 x Chilli
  • 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil

Direcciones

  1. Slice the chicken into bite sized pcs. Chop the garlic, lb. the chilli, slice the spring onions and cut into cubes.
  2. Heat the oil, add in the garlic and the chicken. Add in the rice and fry for 3 min. Add in the soy sauce, spring onion and chilli. Mix and toss well.
  3. Serve warm.
