Ingredientes

  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 3 tbsp tiny anchovies -soaked and rinsed
  • 5 shallots - sliced thinly
  • 5 garlic - chopped
  • 10 long beans - sliced into tiny rings
  • Spring onions for garnishing
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • Salt (only if needed)
  • To blend/ground
  • 5 red chilies
  • 1/2 inch belacan - roasted

Direcciones

  1. In the heated oil, fry anchovies till crispy.
  2. Remove and keep aside.
  3. In the same oil, saute shallots and garlic.
  4. Add chili belacan paste and continue to fry till oil splits.
  5. Add rice and stir to combine into the paste.
  6. Lastly add anchovies and long beans.
  7. Give a good stir and remove from heat.
