Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Water, 110 degrees
  • 3 tsp Dry yeast
  • 1/3 c. Honey
  • 3 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 c. Wheat gluten
  • 2 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Place 3 tsp. fo dry yeast into Home bakery pan. Add in 1 1/2 c. of lukewarm water (110 degrees). Mix with spatula till dissolved. Add in 1/3 c. of honey and blend together with spatula. In a separate bowl, mix 3 c. of wheat flour and 1/4 c. of wheat gluten, also add in 2 teaspoon of salt, then place then ingredients into pan. Select BASIC WHEAT BREAD setting and press START.
