Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 600 ml cream

Direcciones

  1. Put the honey into a heavy-based saucepan and boil for 3 min so it caramelises. Take it off the heat and let the bubbles subside.
  2. Beat the Large eggs till light and frothy and then slowly pour in the caramelised honey in a continual stream while beating the Large eggs constantly. Beat for another 5 min and then pop the mix into the fridge for 30 min.
  3. Mix in the whipped cream, pour the mix into a chilled metal container and freeze for 6 hrs, keep in the freezer till you re ready to serve it.
