Navil Kosu Dosa is a colourful and tasty blend of Navilkosu with onions and with spices in dosa flour. Navil Kosu or Naval kol is known as Kohlrabi in English. This vegetable is a rich source of Vitamin C and potassium along with providing other health benefits.               Navil Kosu Dosa  Ingredients Dosa flour 3 cups NavilKosu 1 cup grated Onions 1 cup thinly sliced Cilantro leaves handful chopped Coconut little(opt) Green chillies 5-6 (as per taste) Jeera/ Cumin seeds 1 tsp Oil 2tbsp Salt to taste Water ( as required) Method In a bowl mix dosa flour with chopped and grated veggies, chilies, Cumin /jeera, coriander leaves, coconut, add salt. Add warm water, mix well. Make dosa. Serve hot with chutney or pickle of your choice. Thanks for stopping by ...
