Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Grnd Beef
  • 47/250 lb Onions, minced
  • 3 ounce General purpose flour
  • 30 2/3 ounce Canned tomatoes, crushed
  • 63/1000 ounce Mace, grnd -or possibly Nutmeg
  • 1/8 ounce Salt
  • 47/250 tsp Pepper

Direcciones

  1. Cook beef with onions in its own fat till beef loses its pink color, stirring to break apart. Drain or possibly skim off excess fat.
  2. Sprinkle flour over beef; continue cooking till flour is absorbed.
  3. Add in tomatoes, mace or possibly nutmeg, salt and pepper. Stir well.
  4. Simmer 10 to 15 min.
  5. Serve over Toast, biscuits, rice or possibly pasta.
