Nebraska Style Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredientes

  • 8 med potatoes
  • 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 8 ounce fat-free cream cheese
  • 12 ounce fat-free lowfat sour cream
  • 1/8 tsp garlic pwdr
  •     Paprika to taste

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Peel and boil potatoes till tender. Add in lowfat milk, fat-free cream cheese, fat-free lowfat sour cream and garlic pwdr. Mash till smooth. Scoop into a casserole dish. Top with paprika. Bake for 30 min or possibly till bubbly.
  2. This recipe yields 8 servings.
  3. NOTES : Diabetics or possibly those following calorie-controlled diets may count one serving as: 1 1/2 starch and 1 skim lowfat milk exchange.
