New Age Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Ingredientes

  • 8 x Cabbage leaves, lg
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Onion, finely minced
  • 1 lb Grnd beef
  • 1 can Tomato soup
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 can Tomato and rice soup
  • 2 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. Crispix Cereal, crushed
  •     Garlic salt, dash
  • 1 pkt Lipton Italian Herb with Tomato soup mix

Direcciones

  1. Cook leaves in boiling water for 5 min; drain. Combine beef, crushed Crispix onion, Large eggs, soup mix and seasonings. Mix very well. Shape meat mix into 8 rolls; wrap cabbage leaves around securely. Pour 1 can condensed tomato soup into skillet. Add in cabbage rolls. Cover, bring to boil. Simmer 35 min, spooning sauce over rolls occasionally. Mary Taylor
