- In mixing bowl, combine 1/2 c. ice water and nonfat dry lowfat milk. Refrigeratebowl, beaters, and nonfat dry lowfat milk mix. In small bowl, combine gelatin and 2 Tbsp. cool water. Let stand 3 min. Add in 2 Tbsp. boiling water.
- Let cold to room temperature. Whip chilled nonfat dry lowfat milk mix till stiff peaks form. Add in gelatin, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Whip till well blended.
- NOTE: If whipped topping develops an airy appearance, simply stir vigorously to restore smooth appearance. For best results, prepare same day as serving.
