Ingredientes

  • 6 x Woodcock split
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 3 Tbsp. Sweet butter
  • 1 c. Fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Freshly-grnd white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Dip birds into lowfat milk, then roll in flour. Heat butter and brown birds in it. Remove birds, dip again into lowfat milk, then dredge with bread crumbs. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and place in a casserole. Add in lowfat sour cream and cover dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min, or possibly till tender.
