New England Flounder Stuffed With Crab

Ingredientes

  • 4 lg. flounder fillets
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 (6 ounce) pkg. frzn King crab, thawed, liquid removed and shredded
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can frzn peas

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle 4 large flounder fillets with salt and pepper and top with 1 package (6 oz) frzn King crab, thawed, liquid removed and shredded. Roll up like jelly roll and place into greased 1 1/2 qt oblong Pyrex casserole. Mix 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup and 1 cup frzn peas. Pour over fish rolls, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min or possibly till fish flakes. Serves 4.
