New Generation Potato Salad

Ingredientes

  • 3 lb Red-skinned potatoes
  • 1/2 c. Thinly sliced green onions
  • 3/4 tsp Garlic salt, divided
  • 1/4 tsp Fresh grnd black pepper
  • 1 c. Plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. Buttermilk
  • 1 c. (4 ounce) crumbled blue cheese

Direcciones

  1. Cut potatoes into one-half-inch pcs. Cook in boiling water to cover 15-20 min or possibly till tender; drain. Combine potatoes, onions, one-half tsp. garlic salt and the pepper. Toss gently to combine. Stir together yogurt, buttermilk, blue cheese and remaining one-quarter tsp. garlic salt. Add in to potatoes; toss gently to coat. Cover and refrigerateat least 2 hrs.
  2. Serves 10.
