Ingredientes

  • 16 ounce Crabmeat -- liquid removed and
  •     Flaked
  • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 2 c. Breadcrumbs, soft --
  •     Divided
  • 2 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. Celery -- minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Prepared mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Green pepper -- minced
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley, fresh -- minced
  • 1/2 tsp Warm sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Chives -- minced
  • 1 x Egg -- beaten
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter -- melted
  • 2 x Large eggs, hard cooked --
  •     Minced

Direcciones

  1. Combine crab, 1 c. breadcrumbs and remaining ingredients except butter.
  2. Spoon into lightly greased 2 quart baking dish. Combine butter and 1 c. breadcrumbs and sprinkle on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 min.
