Ingredientes

  • 1 lb pork loin roast
  •     Nonstick cooking spray as needed
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes - (16 ounce) undrained
  • 1 pkt frzn cut okra - (10 ounce)
  • 1 pkt frzn succotash - (10 ounce)
  • 1 x beef bouillon cube
  • 1 tsp warm pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1 x bay leaf

Direcciones

  1. Cut pork into 1/2-inch cubes. Spray large Dutch oven with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat till warm. Add in pork; cook and stir 4 min or possibly till pork is browned. Remove pork from Dutch oven.
  2. Heat margarine in same Dutch oven. Stir in flour. Cook and stir till roux is browned. Gradually whisk in water till smooth. Add in pork and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 min. Remove bay leaf.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
