Ingredientes

  • 6 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 c. Minced Onions
  • 1/4 c. Minced Green Onions
  • 20 ounce Frzn Minced Spinach *
  • 1 pt Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 14 ounce Liquid removed Artichoke Hearts
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 lb Crabmeat
  • 1/2 lb Cooked Shrimp

Direcciones

  1. Frzn minced spinach should be thawed and liquid removed.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 F. In a heavy skillet, heat butter and sautee onions and green onions till they are soft but not brown. Add in spinach, lowfat sour cream and cheese. Reduce heat and simmer till heated throughout. Add in artichoke hearts, salt,pepper, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco Sauce; simmer 2-3 min. Gently mix in crab meat and shrimp. Pour into a 2 qt casserole. At this point you may chill or possibly bake for 20- 30 min.
