Ingredientes

  •     Non-stick spray coating
  • 2/3 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
  • 3 x Egg whites
  • 2/3 c. All-purpose flour
  • 2/3 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c. Oat bran
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg
  • 3 c. Shredded unpeeled apples
  •     Powdered sugar

Direcciones

  1. Spray a 13x9x2" baking pan with non-stick coating and set aside. In a large mixing bowl combine sugars, oil and egg whites. Beat with a wooden spoon till well blended. Add in flours, oat bran, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg; stir till just moistened. Stir in shredded apples. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in a 350'F. oven for 25-30 min. Cold, if you like, sift powdered sugar over cake.
